This one goes back to where Moonyarns began.

A love for thread started years ago with childhood cross-stitch — little stitches, spools of yarn and the simple joy of making something slowly by hand. The crescent moon and yarn spool in this design came together as a quiet symbol of Moonyarns itself.

Most of Moonyarns is created late at night, when the children are asleep and the house is finally quiet. With the days happily filled with family and motherhood, those few hours became a little time to unwind, create, and reconnect with myself.

That’s how Moonyarns got its name — from quiet nights under the moon, and a lifelong love for yarns and thread.

And despite its delicate appearance, it’s made for real everyday use — our organza bags have been tested to comfortably carry up to 8 kg.

• Keep away from sharp objects that may snag the organza
